Incomplete Trimming of Card Window
I just began using cards from this order. It looks as if the opening of the card didn't have a complete trimming, leaving behind some small pieces of paperstock still attached to the opening on most of the order. I've been using an emery board to try and sand them, but not completely pleased that this is needed. Thank you.

I reviewed the Snow cards I have in the warehouse and cannot seem to find what you are mentioning. If possible, please email me a photo so that I can further investigate.

Never been disappointed
Ordered several times from this company. Get the pure white ivory sort of a gold color with brown envelopes for Fall. Perfect fit for the 4 x 6 photos. They come pleasantly wrapped and they come quickly. No problems here!

I love the quality of these cards! I've ordered over 100 of them and I'm very pleased with them. Only thing that'd make them better is not having the logo on the back (I use these for my own business' products).
